My primary organising is as an Elected Committee member for the Worker-Climate Project. We are a grassroots organisation enabling trade unionists to take action on climate and transition issues.

Currently, my work is focused on WCP’s ‘Movement Assessment’- an effort to categorise, index and analyse many of the key examples of worker-climate organising in the British labour movement. This project aims to both provide an ambitious sign-posting resource for worker-climate organisers, and an in-depth reflection on the movements strengths, limitations, and necessary next steps.
The Movement Assessment will be developed alongside WCP beginning to run our ‘Instigation Events’. These are workshops developed for trade union branches, collaborating with them to explore their workplace conditions, previous relevant e.g.’s of worker-climate organising, and how they can start fighting on these issues.
I am also a member of rs21, based in the Sheffield branch.
